The Personal Account application provides a user-friendly solution for managing and monitoring your Sodexo card accounts. Whether you have the Gastro Pass CARD, Flexi Pass CARD, or both, you can easily track your account balance, review transactions, and access information about your credit and daily limits.

Additionally, the application offers features such as the ability to block/unblock accounts and cards, reset PINs, request new cards, and locate partner establishments where your card can be used. Users have the option to search for partner locations directly within the app, with results showing nearby options or allowing searches anywhere in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, you can receive navigation directions to the chosen venue.

For enhanced convenience, users can opt for PIN or fingerprint authentication when accessing the app. Please note that prior registration with Sodexo Personal Account (www.sodexo-ucet.cz) is required to utilize the application.

For a streamlined payment experience using Sodexo cards, we recommend considering the Mobile Payment application. This feature enables mobile phone payments on contactless terminals at an extensive network of Sodexo partner locations.
